Until the buyer has paid for goods ordered legal and equitable title in these goods remains with the supplier and the buyer shall merely be a bailee and fiduciary owner of these goods. Upon delivery of the goods, the buyer is permitted to sell them in the ordinary course of trade and will bear all risks in relation to these goods.

Returns
No returns or claims will be recognized unless made within 7 days of delivery and accompanied by the relevant invoice number. Prior approval is required on all returns. No returns on special orders or clearance stock unless faulty.
